To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation with me.

During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals. We will review your health history  and discuss your health goals and intentions. Together we will decide what the next step towards your healthier self is.

The session can be done over the phone, via FaceTime or Skype. The choice is yours!

  • I will create your personal nutrition plan based on your body's unique needs
  • I will carefully guide you and support you every step of the way

  • 50 min sessions (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)
  • Email/text message support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
  • Access to tools and resources
