Chia seeds are powerful superfoods that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (calcium, potassium and magnesium) as well as great sources of fiber, protein and good fats (omega 3 fatty acids).
This chia pudding makes a great breakfast, afternoon snack and even dessert!
I used frozen berries here, but you can use any frozen fruits of your choice.
1/4 cup of chia seeds (I used Health Warrior)
1 cup of vanilla almond milk yogurt (I use KiteHIll)
2 TBS of cashews
2 TBS of frozen berries
1 TBS of organic cacao nibs (Navitas Organic)
Add all ingredients in the jar and mix until combined.
Refrigerate overnight and stir before enjoying the next morning.
