Overnight Vanilla Berry Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are powerful superfoods that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (calciumpotassium and magnesium) as well as great sources of fiber, protein and good fats (omega 3 fatty acids).

This chia pudding makes a great breakfast, afternoon snack and even dessert!

I used frozen berries here, but you can use any frozen fruits of your choice.

Cooking Time



2 servings


1/4 cup of chia seeds (I used Health Warrior)

1 cup of vanilla almond milk yogurt (I use KiteHIll)

2 TBS of cashews 

2 TBS of frozen berries

1 TBS of organic cacao nibs (Navitas Organic)


Add all ingredients in the jar and mix until combined. 

Refrigerate overnight and stir before enjoying the next morning.
