This is one of my favorite go to recipes for overnight chia pudding. I added some crunchy quinoa this time. This pudding is refreshing but sweet and creamy at the same time. It definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 cup of vanilla hemp milk
6 tbs of crunchy quinoa
6 tbs of vanilla almond milk
2 dates (finely chopped)
3 tbs of shredded coconut
Take 1/4 cup of chia and add 1 cup of vanilla hemp milk, stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined.
I use small mason jars for this but you can use any kind of glass container that has a lid.
Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.
